What you can expect from us:
- You will be independently responsible for handling the complete payroll accounting for clients in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
- You will advise our clients on payroll-related matters and serve as their point of contact for professional topics.
- You will prepare annual social insurance statements.
- You will take on HR administrative tasks such as onboarding and offboarding, family allowances, withholding taxes, etc.
- You will actively contribute to optimizing internal processes and further developing our payroll department.
- You will ensure compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
What we expect from you:
- You have completed basic commercial training and further education in payroll or HR management.
- You have several years of professional experience in payroll administration.
- You are characterised by a pronounced flair for numbers and an affinity for IT.
- You enjoy working in a team, take on responsibility and value customer contact. You act with foresight, purpose and commitment.
- You are characterised by discretion and sensitivity in dealing with confidential data, reliability and accuracy are among your strengths.
- You have a perfect command of German and good written and spoken English.
